You will work alongside experienced Chartered Engineers, receive structured training and mentorship, and gain exposure to projects from initial design through to completion, providing a clear pathway towards professional development and chartership.

In this role, you will learn to support the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, carrying out calculations, producing technical drawings and assisting with reports under the guidance of experienced engineers. You will attend site inspections and develop practical experience across the full project lifecycle while progressing towards chartership. This role would suit a driven and passionate graduate wanting to succeed and progress at an established company who offer great career development.
