Job Description- Supporting tax advisory projects such as business restructures, share reorganisations, company sales, and shareholder transactions
- Assisting with EIS/SEIS relief claims, share incentive schemes, and annual compliance requirements
- Contributing to inheritance tax planning, succession planning, and family wealth structuring
- Supporting advisory work involving domicile, residence, and cross‑border tax issues
- Assisting with trusts, including trust compliance and Trust Registration Service matters
- Preparing client correspondence, internal memoranda, and legal/tax documentation
- ATT or CTA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
- Strong grounding in UK personal and business taxation
- Experience supporting advisory work, technical research, or complex tax compliance
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet project deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively across departments and with clients
- A proactive approach to learning and staying up to date with tax legislation
- Experience with in a regional or mid-tier practice (desirable)
- Familiarity with tax software such as CCH Tax Calc (advantageous)
- Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £32,000.
