Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for one of our clients based in Walsall. As a Credit Controller, you’ll be responsible for Debt management and collection of customer accounts.
Responsibilities- Proactively manage debtor balances to ensure a reduction in aged debt
- Contacting debtors daily when payment is overdue
- Interact with teams to ensure the timely resolution of queries
- Preparing breakdowns and statements of account
- Escalate further issues to Team Leader or the Credit Manager
Location
:
Walsall
- Prior experience recording receipts and payments
- Working knowledge of processing payments out
- PC Literate- experience with Microsoft Office is essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
