Red Rock are currently working with a well‑established engineer business that, due to growth, are looking to expand their accounts team.

This is a fully office‑based role, with standard working hours of 9:00 am to 4:45 pm, with a slightly earlier finish on a Friday.

• Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.

• Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage and maintain the sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate invoice management.
• Carry out credit control procedures, including monitoring and chasing outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare month‑end financial reports and management summaries.
• Use Sage accounting software for data entry, record keeping, and financial reporting.
• Respond to queries regarding financial transactions and provide support to internal stakeholders as required.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in an all‑round accounts role.

Experience with SAGE and an AAT qualification is beneficial, but not essential.
