About the roleCitizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall are seeking an experienced senior finance leader to help shape the next stage of our growth. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of an ambitious charity and ensure strong financial leadership and effective governance underpin services that make a lasting difference to our communities.
Working closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Executive Management Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead finance, compliance and internal audits. You will strengthen financial planning, forecasting and oversight of contracts and grants, providing the insight and assurance needed to guide decisions about our resources, risks and future investment.
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a practical approach to delivery. You will bring senior finance leadership experience, a strong understanding of charity finance, compliance and the confidence to advise and constructively challenge at executive and Board level.
Having secured more than £1 million in additional funding over the last 18 months, we are expanding our reach and developing new opportunities. You will play a central part in building the financial resilience and organisational capability to sustain that progress.
