At bk plus, we're expanding our national Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory team and looking for a highly organised Deal Management Associate to help drive transactions from instruction through to completion.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of live deals, supporting mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and debt advisory projects while working closely with Partners, Directors and clients across the UK.

• Managing client onboarding, AML and KYC processes
• Coordinating engagement documentation and compliance requirements
• Supporting live corporate finance and debt advisory transactions
• Managing deal pipelines, reporting and key project milestones
• Coordinating information requests between clients, lenders and buyers
• Supporting billing, revenue tracking and transaction completions
• Helping deliver exceptional service across a growing national team

• Strong administration, project management or transaction support experience
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, Professional Services or Accountancy sectors is desirable
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes would be advantageous
