Location: Willenhall
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Complaints Officer to join a busy housing team in the North West on a 6-month temporary contract.
- Managing Stage 1 & Stage 2 complaints
- Handling complex housing and disrepair cases
- Ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code
- Producing high-quality written responses and investigations
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
