- Manage a varied caseload through to resolution, involving negotiation, formal action, and where necessary, prosecution or appeals.
- Provide professional advice to colleagues, Members, residents, and developers on planning enforcement matters and legislative requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports for committee, appeals and court proceedings, representing the Council convincingly where required.
