Planning Technician needed in Walsall Paying £18.20 per hr
Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Validate and register planning applications, ensuring compliance with planning legislation and local policies.
- Review plans, drawings, reports, and calculate planning fees.
- Provide technical advice and support to applicants, developers, architects, and the public.
- Support Planning Committee meetings and prepare presentation materials.
- Process Local Land Charges and CON
29 searches. - Maintain accurate planning records, databases, and case management systems.
- Assist with planning appeals, consultations, and discharge of conditions applications.
- Deliver efficient administrative and technical support across Development Management and Planning Services.
