As Responsible Individual, you will:
* Provide regulatory oversight in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Support and challenge the Registered Manager
* Oversee safeguarding systems and safer recruitment
* Review incidents, complaints and quality assurance reports
* Lead on Regulation 40 notifications
* Oversee Regulation 44 & 45 processes
* Promote a culture of high standards, accountability and continuous improvement
* Work closely with Directors to ensure operational and financial sustainability
