Location: Willenhall
Overview
Support Workers will assist individuals in maintaining their tenancy and home environment, ensuring they receive the care and support needed to thrive. You will be part of a 24/7 service, working a rota that allows 2 or 3 days out of 7, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential as the needs of those we support can vary day to day.
Key Responsibilities- Provide informed decision‑making and support for individuals to maintain their tenancy and home environment.
- Complete accurate daily records, incident reports and mandatory documentation.
- Work closely with social workers, professionals, families and wider support networks.
- Support transitions, including new admissions and moves between services.
- Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents, risks and emergencies.
- Help create a safe, positive home environment where people feel valued, empowered and able to thrive.
18 or 27 hours – predominantly nights. Work any 2 or 3 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and bank holidays where required.
What We’re Looking For- Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs, or transferable experience from roles involving people support, customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality or community work.

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Confidence working in fast‑paced or unpredictable environments.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Good record‑keeping and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries.
- Flexibility to work across shifts.
- A genuine passion for helping people live more independent lives.
- A Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
- Full paid training, ongoing support and access to recognised qualifications.
- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
