Optical Assistant

Salary up to £26,500 depending on experience.
You must have at least 12 months experience in optics or your application will be rejected.
Responsibilities- Dispensing to all levels – single vision, varifocals, bifocals and occupational glasses.
- Pre‑screening patients.
- Contact lens teaching.
- Shop floor duties including collections, adjustments, repairs and frame styling.
- Provide personalized patient care and professional dispensing with support to optometrists and the wider team.
- Salary: up to £26,500 DOE.
- Bonus: £1,000‑£1,500 typical per year.
