Every day, our colleagues help people with learning disabilities and autism live independently, achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives within their communities. It's more than a job – it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism with everyday living, encouraging independence, building confidence and helping them stay connected to the local community.

Some of the people we support require assistance with moving and handling. Experience is helpful, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Our services operate seven days a week, offering a variety of shifts:

• Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Alternate weekend working required
