Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Paediatric Sister/Charge Band 6 Nurse to lead the Paediatric Emergency Department or a designated area, acting as a clinical expert and team leader for their group of staff.
The post holder will support the nursing shift coordinator in managing effective patient flow, implement the ED escalation process, and deliver advanced, evidence-based care to acutely unwell children while promoting professional development within the nursing team.
