We’re recruiting an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a Domiciliary Care service in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
-Lead, support, and develop care teams
-Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
-Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
-Manage rotas, audits, care plans, and service performance
-Drive quality improvements and business growth

Ideal Candidate:
-Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
-NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
-Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
-Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-Passionate about delivering outstanding home care
