Occupational Therapist -
G9: £42,839 - £46,142 per annum.

2 posts - fixed term for 12 months.

Community Enablement Team, Pathway to Independence.

The Occupational Therapist assessor will deliver high‑quality person-centred assessments to adults, children and carers within the Pathway to Independence (SC1A) department. Working across the community, you will work with individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and neurodiversity to support their independence, promoting strengths-based, personalised goal setting.

You will recommend and arrange appropriate equipment, assistive technology and home adaptations and work to develop and review enablement intervention plans.

You should be a Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) with relevant experience, have the ability and willingness to travel between locations across the borough and be flexible to work occasional out‑of‑hours sessions.
