Lifeways is recruiting Male Support Workers in Walsall to support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live happy, independent and fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, you'll work alongside individuals to help them live the life they choose. Your role may include:

• Supporting people with daily living tasks
• Encouraging independence and building confidence
• Helping people take part in hobbies, activities and community events
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Supporting people with moving and handling needs (full training provided)

No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where your support can have a lasting impact.

Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

Our services operate seven days a week and include a variety of shift patterns:

• 7:00am to 2:30pm
• 2:30pm to 10:00pm
• Waking nights
• Alternate weekends
