About the role:

Active Assistance are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in a village between Thatcham and Reading. Due to the rural location of the client's home, you will need to be a driver with a car. Were looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home.

Our client is a 9 year old little girl who has cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and epilepsy. Full specialist training will be provided. When you will be working:
Part time - 2 evenings a week (2pm-10pm) plus a weekend day shift In this role, youll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
