Catering Supervisor

We are currently seeking to recruit a Catering Supervisor to join an Academy based in Highgate, Birmingham on a permanent basis term time only. This is a key role within their operation, and they are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent catering services. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proven experience in leading a team, ideally within a catering or hospitality environment.
• Capability and confidence to cater for large numbers, typically 500+ individuals, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.

• Experienced Cook:
  Proven experience in cooking, ideally in a school or similar environment.
• Passionate Foodie: A love for preparing healthy and delicious meals.
• Safety Conscious:
  Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Organised & Efficient:
  Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team-Oriented:
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: £24,790 - £27,711 (actual Term Time salary £21,323 - £23,863)

Full time, Term time only. 07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday
