We're looking for a driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team, working across our busy Driving or Industrial desks. If you’re confident, motivated, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
* Run and grow your own desk
* Build strong client and candidate relationships
* Source, book and place drivers & industrial staff
* Win new business and manage accounts
* Work independently and take ownership
What You Need
* Self‑starter mindset
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Full UK driving licence & own car
* Recruitment or sector experience is a bonus (not essential)
