Location: Willenhall
JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting and growing company to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to support their internal hiring and HR administration processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys coordinating recruitment activity, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting a busy HR function.
The role will act as the central point of contact between hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies, while also supporting key HR administrative and onboarding processes within the business.
The Successful Recruitment Coordinator - Package:
* £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
* Days-based role (Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm & Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm)
* Varied position combining recruitment coordination and HR administration

The Successful Recruitment Coordinator - Requirements:
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies
* Act as the main point of contact for recruitment agencies, managing communication and candidate submissions
* Review and distribute CVs to hiring managers for consideration
* Collect and relay interview feedback to agencies and candidates
* Coordinate the job offer process, preparing offer details and communicating outcomes
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking
* Monitor agency activity to ensure vacancies are actively supported
HR Administration Duties:
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
* Support recruitment administration including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews
* Manage and update holiday, absence, and sickness records
* Assist with payroll information, timesheets, and employee data
* Respond to HR emails and employee queries
* Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of HR documentation
* Support new starter onboarding processes and employee inductions
Key
Skills:
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Good administration and IT skills (Excel, Outlook, HR systems)
* Strong communication skills when liaising with candidates, agencies, and internal teams
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally
