The Together Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Inhouse Recruiter to join the People, Culture and Digital team. You will support the People Operations Manager and help deliver a proactive HR service to managers and colleagues in a hybrid working setup.
Responsibilities include maintaining data in the ITrent system, developing SOPs, onboarding new staff, and ensuring safer recruitment practices. CIPD level 5 or relevant degree is required.
