Job Description
** About the role
** Here at United Infrastructure our Social Infrastructure team is growing in Walsall and we are recruiting a Project Manager to come and join us. We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models and implementing efficiencies. Our ideal candidate will already be a Project manager experienced working on
** Social Housing planned works.
** Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.## Qualifications
* SMSTS* 5 Years’ experience working for a maintenance/main contractor
* Leadership experience
* Good data interrogation skills
* Valid driving licence
* Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
* Excellent client engagement skills
* Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
