Home Serve UK is seeking an Apprentice Technical Support Engineer to join the Technology & Change Team in Walsall. This 100% office-based role offers hands-on IT support experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
You’ll learn to log tickets, image devices, and deploy with Autopilot/Intune, gaining exposure to Azure AD, Okta, and Endpoint Manager. Training, mentorship, and progression are core to this role.
