Commercial Broker – Manchester Up to £40,000 | Hybrid Working | Manchester Ready for a fresh challenge within the commercial insurance market? We're currently representing an independent insurance brokerage in Manchester that is looking to bring an experienced Commercial Broker into its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understands the commercial insurance market and wants to join a business where people, relationships and service genuinely matter.

Your Role:
You'll take responsibility for servicing and developing commercial clients, acting as a key point of contact and helping them find the right insurance solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Developing strong and lasting client relationships Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments Communicating regularly with clients and insurers Negotiating competitive terms with insurance markets Preparing quotations, renewals and relevant documentation Understanding client requirements and identifying appropriate cover Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service Working closely with colleagues across the brokerage What kind of person are they looking for?

You'll already have experience within commercial insurance broking and be comfortable managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to renewal. More importantly, you'll be someone who:
Knows the commercial insurance market Enjoys dealing with people and building relationships Has confidence negotiating with insurers Takes ownership of their clients and responsibilities Is organised and pays attention to detail Can work independently but enjoys being part of a team Takes pride in delivering excellent service The package:
