Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly, collaborative legal team in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied private client caseload while enjoying hybrid working and excellent career development opportunities.

• Manage a diverse caseload of wills, LPAs and probate along with some Court of Protection matters, and advise elderly clients on financial affairs, social care and CHC funding.
• Support and develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in private client work
• Strong experience in probate, wills, trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
