Logistics Administrator

Overview

Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their operations team in Walsall. This permanent, part‑time position offers a salary of £28,000 pro rata for 20 hours per week. You will coordinate customer deliveries, manage export documentation, and ensure shipments are delivered efficiently across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

• Coordinate customer deliveries
• Book deliveries across the UK, Ireland and Europe
• Schedule shipments through courier portals
• Provide customers with delivery updates and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Use vehicle tracking software
• Keep logistics spreadsheets and records accurate and up to date
• Liaise with third‑party transport providers and internal departments
• Scan, organise and maintain delivery documentation

• Previous experience within a Logistics Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Export Administrator or a similar role
• Experience supporting export shipments
• Previous despatch or shipping administration experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
