Deployment Lead; Nights

💰 Salary: £36,400 + night allowance

🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, between 8pm-6:30am (35 hours per week)
Includes weekend and bank holiday working.

• Leading the delivery of key deployment KPIs (PAR, JPH, DTR, contractor usage, NPS).
• Coaching and developing colleagues to improve performance, productivity and quality.
• Acting as the go‑to expert for line management, performance, attendance, H&S and deployment processes.
• Building capability within the team and supporting continuous improvement.
• Handling escalated customer or colleague issues, incident reports and compliance actions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver for our customers.

• Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of deployment systems, processes and breakdown products.
• Confidence managing underperformance in line with policies and procedures.
• Excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail under pressure.
• Resilience, adaptability and a positive approach to problem‑solving.
• Good understanding of operational performance metrics and how to influence them.
• Competence using iCAD and associated systems.
