Rapid Repair Technician, Dudley, West Midlands | Up to £51,500 per annum + uncapped bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Rapid Repair Technician on behalf of our client, a well‑equipped, modern vehicle repair centre in Dudley. This role offers strong earning potential, stability, and the opportunity to work with major insurance companies.

• Up to £51,500 per annum + uncapped, performance‑based bonus
• Permanent position with Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (45 hours/week)

• Complete rapid repairs and smart fixes across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Use your Rapid Repair Technician expertise to deliver quality repairs quickly and efficiently
• Assist with, or undertake training for, ADAS calibration and diagnostics
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction
• Support a team environment and keep work accurate, efficient and compliant

• Qualified MET, Panel and Prepper technician with ATA accreditation
• Experience or training relevant to advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS)
• Strong vehicle repair background and a proactive approach to continuous learning
• Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy repair centre
