Peaple Talent is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for its Willenhall site. You will lead a small maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance and electrical fault-finding to keep plant running safely and efficiently.
The role requires hands-on supervision with day-to-day maintenance, coordinating contractors, keeping records, and driving continuous improvement. 40 hours/week, 06:00–22:00. Salary £38,000–£45,000 plus on-call payments and a bi-annual bonus.
