This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, relationship-driven professional to play a key part in Para Groups growth journey.

Youll lead our referrals and partnerships function , ensuring a strong referral pipeline while building and maintaining trusted relationships with commissioners and local authority placement teams . Youll be the bridge between our operations and partnersmatching the right young people to the right services, and promoting our provision with professionalism and care.
