If you would like to work for a business that has a Royal seal of approval and who are expanding their operations, this is the Team Leader role for you  

Objective:

Oversee daily operations, support team performance, help drive continuous improvement, lead by example, ensure high standards of work, help develop staff and improve process, contribute to a positive culture.

Duties

• Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve individual and collective targets

• Allocate work effectively and monitor workloads and performance

• Provide coaching, feedback, and regular one-to-ones

• Ensure policies, procedures, and quality standards are met

• Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Support training, onboarding, and development of team members

• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives

• Report on performance and KPIs to management

Essentials

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others

• Confident decision-maker with good problem-solving skills

• Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of performance management or KPI reporting

• Experience supporting change or improvement initiatives
