Job Title: Asbestos Removals Supervisor

Location: Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, West Bromwich, Solihull, Stourbeidge, Kidderminster, Telford, Cannock, Lichfield, Stafford, Rugeley, Birmingham, Coventry, Rugby, Northampton, Redditch, Royal Leamington Spa, Coalville, Leicester, Burton upon Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Beeston, Mansfield, Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Salary / Benefits: £160 – £200 Day Rate + Benefits

A highly respected name within the Asbestos Removals industry is seeking a switched on Asbestos Removals Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the successful completion of removals projects, varying in size and nature, ensuring deadlines are met and standards of work remain high. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will be confident in leading teams of operatives as well as communicating directly with clients to provide updates and technical advice.

Experience

& Qualifications
  • Strong track record working as an Asbestos Removals Supervisor
  • Proven experience managing teams and key client contracts
  • Hold the Asbestos Supervisor ticket
  • Ideally hold a CSCS card
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Able to manage own workload
  • Knowledge of P401, P402, P403, P404 or S301 CCP
Responsibilities
  • Oversee licensed and non‑licensed asbestos removals projects
  • Ensure works are completed in line with agreed scope and deadlines
  • Manage teams of removals staff, providing support and training where needed
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical advice
  • Liaise with sub‑contractors and suppliers
  • Audit completed works and highlight areas of concern
  • Hire and off‑hire required equipment
  • Order materials and tools for projects
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Ensure work standards remain high
  • Keep detailed records of works undertaken
