Overview
We are currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a small residential home in Derbyshire, providing specialist support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the service continues to thrive.

- Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the residential home
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislative requirements
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support workers and senior staff
- Manage recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management processes
- Monitor and review care plans, risk assessments, and support strategies
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for all residents
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Lead on safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and quality improvement initiatives
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager within Learning Disabilities and/or Autism services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices within social care
- Proven experience leading and developing successful care teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience managing residential services and achieving positive outcomes for individuals
- A person-centred approach and passion for delivering high-quality care
- Ability to drive service improvement and maintain compliance standards
