Job DescriptionHRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a 5 bed children’s home in Walsall (complex trauma)
About the Registered Manager’s role
Develop comprehensive care plans
Create a great team environment
Maintain high standards
Deal with the operational and commercial aspectsof the home
Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times
RequirementsAbout You
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role within children’s residential
- Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence and the right towork in the UK
