Walsall Council is seeking a Service Manager for the Black Country Fostering Hub on a two-year fixed term. The role leads mobilisation across four local authorities and shapes a new regional service to improve foster carer recruitment, assessment and support.
You will bring substantial experience in children's services and fostering, lead change initiatives, manage performance and motivate cross‑agency teams to deliver stronger outcomes for children and carers.
