JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Night Paint Sprayer on behalf of our client based in Bloxwich, Walsall.

This role is ideal for a skilled paint sprayer with proven experience using 2

PAC / 2K paint systems within an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Spray painting brake callipers and other automotive parts to a high-quality finish

* Following technical specifications and adhering to all health & safety standards

* Preparing surfaces using power tools and hand tools

* Fabricating or modifying components where required

* Carrying out assembly work involving metal or structural components

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

* Working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

* Previous experience with 2

PAC / 2K paint (essential)

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Knowledge of safe working practices in a manufacturing environment

Working Hours

* Training Period (First 6 Weeks):
Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 16:00

* Night Shift (After Training):
Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

Pay Rate

* £13.50 per hour, rising to £14.00 per hour once taken on permanently

Contract Type

* Temporary to Permanent position

* Opportunity for a permanent role after 13 weeks
