Manufacturing Operative

We are supporting a newly established manufacturing business within the industrialised construction sector, specialising in Light Gauge Steel components.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Production Operative to work within our roll forming operation.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage and develop your skills within a specialist manufacturing environment.

The Role

• Set and operate roll forming and associated machinery
• Support production output in line with daily targets
• Carry out quality checks and complete production documentation
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping
• Work closely with the Production Supervisor to support efficient operations

About You

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience operating machinery
• FLT (Combi) licenece
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-focused with a proactive approach
• Understanding of Health & Safety in a production setting

Experience with in roll forming or sheet metal processing would be advantageous, although training will be provided for the right candidate.

This is a full-time position offering long-term opportunity within a growing Light Gauge Steel manufacturing operation.
