JAM Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Paint Sprayer on behalf of our established client based in Walsall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paint sprayer seeking long-term, full-time employment with the potential to secure a permanent contract after 13 weeks.

• Manual spraying of automotive components, including brake calipers
• Operating an automated robot spraying machine
• Ensuring high-quality finish and attention to detail
• Working to production targets in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

• Previous experience manually spraying automotive parts (essential)
• Experience spraying brake calipers (highly desirable)
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn automated robotic spray systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and able to commit to night shifts

Monday to Thursday: 18:00 - 06:00

£13.50 per hour

Temporary to permanent opportunity, with a full-time contract offered after 13 successful weeks.
