Job Type: Full-Time - Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour to £17.50 per/hour plus bonus

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 10.15 am - 16.00 pm 08.30 am - 17.00 pm Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Furnace man / Furnace Operator to join a reputable and growing manufacturer based in Brownhills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundry experience who is looking for stable hours and the chance to secure a permanent position.

• Operate induction furnaces
• Safely load and unload materials
• Monitor temperatures, timings, and treatment processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Carry out basic equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

• Previous experience as a Furnace man or within a foundry environment
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Strong attention to detail
