Steel Operative / Bander – Burntwood, West Midlands
The rewards
£13.00 per hour, weekly pay. Temp to perm with long-term opportunities available.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. Permanent morning shift.
The role of the Steel Operative
- Banding up processed steel coils on the back end of a slitting line
- Stacking processed steel blanks on the back end of a blanking line
- Palletising, wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
The ideal Steel Operative
- Previous experience in a similar steel processing or banding role
- Local to the Burntwood area
Additional context
Based with an established steel processing company in the Burntwood area of the West Midlands. Temp to perm basis.
