Shift Pattern: 12-hour days, 6am-6pm | 4 on / 4 off

We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Aldridge, Walsall, producing products for the construction industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills running and maintaining machinery, with training provided as you settle into the role.

Key Responsibilities

Learning to operate, run and maintain production machines
Loading machines with materials/components
Machine minding and monitoring output to ensure smooth running
Feeding raw materials into machinery safely and efficiently
Carrying out basic checks and reporting any faults or issues
Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised at all times

What We're Looking For

Basic machine minding experience is essential
You must have previously worked in a manufacturing/production environment
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and following site processes
Able to work independently and as part of a team

PPE Requirement (Mandatory)

Full PPE must be worn on site at all times, including:

Hard hat
Hi-vis trousers and coat
Safety glasses
Ear protectors
