We are seeking a skilled Steel Profile Cutter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting steel profiles to specified dimensions, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

Duties Operate cutting machinery to shape steel profiles according to technical drawings and specifications Use hand tools and tooling to prepare and finish steel components Perform grinding and welding tasks as required to ensure precise cuts and secure assembly Measure and verify dimensions using basic math skills and measuring instruments Assist with sheet metal handling, assembly, and other fabrication tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication, grinding, welding, or related mechanical fields is preferred Knowledge of sheet metal work and familiarity with hand tools and tooling Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Strong understanding of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately Good organisational skills with attention to detail Mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in using hand tools and power tools is highly desirable This position offers an engaging environment for those eager to apply their fabrication expertise while further developing their technical skills.
