The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Walsall
, specialising in the production of electrical switchboards and enclosures
.

We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join their busy and growing team.

This is a hands‑on position within a fast‑paced workshop, where you will be responsible for applying high‑quality powder‑coated finishes to metal components, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.

• Preparing metal components for coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)
• Applying powder coating to switchboards and enclosures
• Operating powder coating equipment and ovens
  
  Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Minimum 2 years' experience in powder coating
• Experience working with metal enclosures or similar products preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience, CV, and interview)
• Overtime available
• Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position
• Immediate start available
