Gi Group is recruiting a Trainee Machine Operator for a well-established Aldridge manufacturer. The role offers 12‑hour day shifts, 4 on/4 off, with training provided and a pathway to a permanent contract based on performance and attendance.
You will monitor machines, perform quality checks, input data on a computer, and maintain a clean, safe production area while contributing to meeting targets.
