A well-established precision machining company operating within the aerospace sector, is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Programmer Setter Operator to work on complex components within a high-precision, quality-driven environment.

The Role:

* Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components in line with customer requirements and engineering drawing specifications

* Read and interpret cutting patterns to maximise stock utilisation and minimise waste

* Handle products in accordance with quality and health & safety standards

* Maintain accurate documentation and stock control records

* Support the training and upskilling of other operatives

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines within a precision machining environment

* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Sound knowledge of a range of metal raw materials

* PC literate

* Familiarity with Heidenhain control software (desirable)

* Counterbalance mechanical handling licence (desirable)

* Machine maintenance skills relevant to equipment used (desirable)
