We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated operator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing machinery to ensure efficient production runs. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards, optimize machine performance, and support seamless manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate various manufacturing equipment, including CNC milling machines, ensuring optimal operation.
• Program and operate CNC machinery using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), and CNC programming techniques to produce precise parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and materials specifications to ensure accurate setup and production.
• Conduct routine inspections of tooling, fixtures, and machine components using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
