HR Employment Bureau are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter Operator to work with one of their prestigious clients based in Aldridge.
Working hours for CNC Setter Operator 07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - 15:00 Friday
Must have worked on HAAS Machines (Setting up, Operating)
Tasks CNC Setter Operator
- Set up and calibrate CNC HAAS, Machines
- Read and Interpret blueprints and Technical drawings
- Conduct routine inspections of tooling, fixtures and machine components using precision measuring instruments such as callipers and micrometres
- Handle materials using FLT and other warehouse handling tools
- Coordinate with Warehouse Staff for materials movement
- Support Quality control
Requirements needed for CNC Setter Operator
- Experience in Manufacturing environments
- Experience Operating, Setting CNC HAAS
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
