Rayburn is a British family run company employing 30+ staff and have been manufacturing precision components for a wide range of industries for over 65 years. We are looking for an experienced CNC lead programmer/ setter / operator to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.

We manufacture Components from a vast range of materials from soft plastics through to hard steels.

• HAAS UMC
  500 with 10 station pallet pool

• HAAS UMC
  400 with Cobot

• HAAS VF4SS X3

• HAAS Super Mini Mill

• HAAS Tool Room Miller x2

• Mazak QT 250 MS with bar feed

• Mazak QT 250 MY with bar feed

CNC CMM:

The right candidate for the position will need the following skills.

• Experience in programming, setting and operating a HAAS 5 axis CNC machine.

• Full understanding of complex work holding and jig fixture design

• Experienced CAM programmer using SolidCAM

• Experienced in CAD using Solidworks

• Machining experience in a variety of materials.
