MIG Welder - Nights

Up to £19.33 per hour (including shift allowance)

Monday to Thursday | 16:00 - 04:00 or 17:00 - 05:00

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting for two experienced MIG Welders to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Brownhills. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company, offering consistent night shifts and the chance to move into a permanent role.

Working with medium to heavy gauge materials, you'll be involved in a mix of welding, fabrication and jig work, producing quality components to customer specifications.

• Carry out MIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel components
• Complete fabrication work from engineering drawings
• Work with jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate production
• Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards
• Operate safely and follow all site health and safety procedures
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

• Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with fabrication and jig work
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a good work ethic and able to work permanent night shifts

• Competitive pay rates of up to £19.33 per hour including shift allowance
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
